After the Minister had made' the inquiry he might say whether the prices at which- those goods wore sold in the canteens were reasonable. Mr. Myers's reply to the auestion was that ho wa-s concerned only with the purchase of the goods. • For tho sale of thera at the camp the Minister of Defence was responsible.
