THE NEW SCHEfIE OFFERS OF ROOM & HELP LATEST ENLISTSIENTS . Already citizens have come forwardand of* fered to. act as honorary recruiting officers, and some building 9 have' . been (placed at-tliQ ; disposal of the Department. ■It is probable, .'. therefore that. the proijposed enlargement of 'the city's reoruitv an? system- will'be'given' effect to very shortly. *'•'"' The Mayor (Air. J. P. Luke) proposes . to ask'the City' Council this evening to Joan offices and officers at the Town Ball, and the,Newtown Free Public Library for recruiting stations.
