MR. ASQUITH DECLINES TO MAKE A STATEMENT By Telegraph-Press Association—OopyrisM (Rec. September 29, 9.50 p.m.) London, September 29. In tlio House of Commons, replying to Mr. Joynson-Hicks, Mr. Asquith refused to make any statement on the_ position and prospects in the Dardanelles. Everything had been stated which the Government considered consistent with military exigoucies.

The "Daily Telegraph's" Rome correspondent states that it is reported that Dedeagatch is full of Bulgarian soldiers, who are fraternising with the Turks. , . > M.
