' !_ KHANDALLAH OLUJ3. _ The adjourned general meeting of tho Khandallah Bowling Club, Limited, was held on Wednesday evening, about 30 members being present. The president , (Mr. G.; Living) occupied tlie chair. The annual report and balance- ■ sheet were adopted. , Mr. E. S. Stafford proposed, and Mr.; H. W. Willaus seconded, a motion to increase the annual subscription from two to • three guineas. • • Considerable; discussion ended in the motion being defeated on the voting. Officers for the ensuing season we're elected as follows: —President, ' Mr. G. Living; directors. Messrs. E. S. Stafford, F. W. Mansfield, H. M. Nal-, dbr, C. Munro, G. Finn, W. Gollari, and J. N. Grant: hen. secretary, Mr. . W.B. Plimmer; lion, auditor, Mr. H. S.Meekj'hon. solicitor, Mr. E. S. Stafford; selection committee, Messrs. Nalder, Fleming, and Gollan; delegates to Wellington Bowling Centre, Messrs. E. Davy and jW.\R. Plimmer. Tho position of treasurer was left in the hands of' the directors to fill. Votes of thanlcs were passed to the members ; of. tho Ladies' Croquet Club for their 'donation of fifteen guineas to-, wards the'expenses incurred m improv-, ing their green, and also to ihe retiring officers. It was also mentioned that the ladies would undertake the dispensing of afternoon' tea throughout the season. . . . \
