Ex-Constable John Henry Howard appeared in- Court; this morning'on remand on charges-'of breaking and entering, one with intent to commit a crime, tlio other with, actualy committing a crime; also with breaking a plate-glass window. On the last charge, a summary one, he received, the maximum sentence—two' months I 'imprison- ' ment. On the indictablo charges he pleaded guilty, and was committed, for sentence. • -'
