The advertised times for closing malls by steamers are llablo to alteration (earlier or later) at any moment The parcel-post mail, per Main Trunk express, closes at the C.P.O. at -11.30 a.m., and for the south, por ferry steamer, at 5.45 p.m. Parcels ' for dispatch by steamers ' and trains with the exception of the usual, ferry' steamers for southern, offices, close at the Chief Post Office.
