NAMES OF WELLINGTON MEN,

Of the fifty-four members of the Main New Zealand Expeditionary Force who returned to Auckland by the Athenic oh Friday were thirteen men who had been invalided home, thirtytwo men who refused to allow themselves to be inoculated with anti-typhoid serum, and nine men who were to be discharged from the Force for misconduct. The names of tho Wellington men and others belonging to national units who refused inoculation aro: —Privates W. Howat, J. Brcnnan. F. Holford, 0 Holland, L. J. Wallace, D. Chidley, A F. Ward, B. Smith, 0. D. Cruickshank, A. K. Carter, and F. E. Gill (Wellington Infantry Battalion), Drivers H. Mayer, A. R. Cole, R. M. Thomson, and N. V. Muller, and Gunner W. Finney (New Zealand Field Artillery), Driver A. R. Wykes '(Army Service Corps), Driver F. Oldham (Divisional Train), and Private L. Scoullar (Divisional Headquarters).

The men invalided home are to be allowed to proceed to their homes, and at a later date will be medically examined. Those who have recovered sufficiently _ will then bo sent to Trentham to join a reinforcement draft,' and those who' are deemed to be permanently unfit for military work will be discharged.
