Captain Hall-Thompson, Naval Advisor to tho Government, will be the guest of honour' at the New Zealand Club's luncheon to-day. The Hon. B, H. Rhodes (PostmasterGcncral) will leave on Saturday next for Blenheim, where ho is to open a new post office on Monday.
