ALTERING THE LAWS OF THE GAME. (By Telegraph— Press. Association.) Dunetiin, March 29. Atthe annual meeting of the Otago 'Eugby Union last night the president, Mr. H. Harris said he noticed that tho Canterbury Union was introducing alterations in the'laws of the game. It seemed to him a'great pity that one union should take on itself alterations in the laws. It meant that a. great deal of trouble was going to bo caused if different unions were going to make laws of their own, and it would be to the detriment of unions when teams met outside players. .
