WELLINGTON ASSOCIATION. ANNUAL MEETING. The annual meeting of the Wellington Hockey Association was lield last night at the Tiifen. Mr. 0. N. Cathie presided.

In moving their adoption Mr. Catiiio remarked that it was not to bo altogether regretted that during the season the Shield liad been lifted, from Wellington, for Shield matches had interfered considerably with grade liaekoy. However, it ivould bo strango if Wellington did not at the earliest opportunity endeavour to regain the Shield, and re-establish, itsolf as the premier hockey association. Tho Pirates Club' was granted affiliation._ Tho club will enter a junior a&d a third team in the competitions. Tho. change Sit the name of tho Government Insurance- Club to Insurance Club was approved. ; i Permission Was given to change.tho name of the Victoria C'oHego Club to the University Club, 1 A "new club to bo known as tho M.Y.M.I. (Metihodist Young Men's Institute) was affiliated. Itule 5 was altered so as to provide for not more than five vice-presidents. It" was resolved that in. place of a. registration fee ■of 2s.
