In order to reliove the tension, the Government has addressed a Note to Bulgaria, suggesting a reduction of troops by Bulgaria and Servm by olio-fourth of tlie existing strength. SUGGESTED' COMPENSATIONS. St. Petersburg, June 13. It is pointed out that other compensations than territory aro open to Serviu for her sacrifices in the war, such as commercial access to the Aegean Sea. The loss of this was the chief reason for tho Servian objection to Bulgaria acquiring the ifonastir districts west of, Vardar.
