F.-Massey, Prime Minister, m Dunedin by tho first'express, tho north to-day, and immediately .lirocceded to tho site of the new King Edward Technical School, where ho .officiated at the stone-laying ceremony. In .the evening, Mr. Massey received a deputation, from the Otago Hunt Club, which requested that tho Government should' make an-annual payment to the-'sixteen hunt clubs, in Now Zealand of £230 each per annum, the money to conxo from totalisator tax, which last year-amounted to w£75,000. In reply, tho Prime Minister said that the matter was. something new to him, but ho would bring it beforo .his colleagues. Mr. Massey leaves by tho first express for tho north to-morrow morning, stopping at; Ashburton and going on by tho second cxpreftj to Christchureh.
