As has been notified in our advertising columns, tho first event of the day, tlio maiden fours, is scheduled for 11.30 a.m., and the big race, tho champion fours, for 1.30 p.m. A blue flag flown from tho G.P.O. at 9 o'clock on Saturday morning will denoto that tho northerly course will be used, and a red flag that the regatta will bo held in town. The steamer arrangements aro as advertised.
