COMING REVISION OF WOOLDUTIES. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright ■ , (Rec. March 19, 10.30 p.m.) Washington, March 18. The' Democrats in both Houses have agreed on a plan, of downward revision of the tariffs, and harmony now prevails between tho Senate aiul tho Lower House, the Senate agreeing to accept greater reductions than it approved'last session. Th 6 Wool Bill is likely to be hotly opposed by the Republicans. The Democratic majority on tho House Committee of Ways and Mijans has voted to make raw wool dutiable at 15 per cent, ad valorem, with substantial reductions on the present rates on woollen manufactures. The lines of the previous AVool Bill will bo followed. ; The .committee lias placed meat on the free list, leaving cattle dutiable.
