Dr. Sun Yat Son, n an address delivered befora the leading political societies, advocated tha abatement of partv strife,, and urged the construction of new administrative machinery. He insisted on a strong central Government. Yuau-Shih-Kai, hs said, was the ablest head available, and he urged his reappointment to the Presidency of the Republic after the elections.
