RESIGNATION RUMOUR DENIED. By Telegraph-Press Association-Copyright London, August 1. . Replying in Parliament to a question by Sir Clement Kinlock-Cooke, Sir Edward Grey, Secretary for Foreign Affairs, denied that Mr. James Bryco, British Ambassador at Washington, had resigned. He said that Mr. Bryco- was returning to Washington at the beginning of September.
