A tugboat at the Dardanelles, while inspecting buoys, fouled a mine, and four officers, twelve soldiers and members of the crow were 'drowned. THE LOSS OF THE TEXAS. Constantinople, May 2. The Tali of Smyrna states that the battery tired seven shots, but that Hie foundering of the steamer Texas was due to a mine.
