KARORI BOROUGH COUNCIL.
A meeting of the Knrori Borough Council was held last evening, tho 3rayor (Mr. C. Cathie) presiding. Thoro were also present Councillors Nimmo, Hamilton, Frost, Horn, Bradworth, Burns, Standcn, and Anderson.
In regard to the issue of tickets on the pars, the traffic superintendent wrote stating that the old system of collecting fares for Karori had lioon reverted to on April 16, iind conductors had been instructed to carefully cheek their cars after leaving the Botanical Gardens.
Several cases of wandering stock were Tenorted by the ranger.—lt was decided to take Court: proceedings against the owners of tho animals found wandering. It was resolved to call a special meeting for the first Wednesday in May for the consideration of traimvny matters.
