AN INTERESTING DEVICE. 8y Teletraph—Priw Assoclatiua-Copyrlelit Montreal, December 22. Professor Barnes, of M'Gill University, Montreal, has invented instruments for recording the presence of icebergs or land by vessels at sea. By use of the instruments it is hoped that the risk of collisions will be obviated.
