Barry, interviewed, said ho would bo unablo to visit Australia for business reasons. Ho recalled the fact that Arnst, after the raco on the Zambesi, promised to row him on the Thanes.
CANADIAN CHALLENGE. (Rec. October 28, 0.20 a.m.) Sydney, October 27. Artist haa'received a challenges from Durnan, the Canadian oarsman, to row him at Toronto. He offers to allow Arnsfc .£l5O and half the gate money, Arnst declares this is insufficient.
