Italy has notified tho Powers that Italian sovereignty has been established from tho Egyptian to tho Tunisian frontiers, and inland to the British and French spheres of influence. THREE HUNDRED TURKS DEAD. Tripoli, October 2G. In the recent attack on Tripoli, the Arabs who made tho treacherous rear attack on the Italians inflicted heavy losses on tho 11th Bcrsaglicri. Tho fight lasted eight hours. The broken country afforded the enemy excellent cover. Two thousand arrests of Arabs, who acted treacherously, have been made. Threo hundred dead Turks were found outside the Italians' left. A TURKISH PILGRIMAGE. Constantinople, October 20. A delegation consisting of six members of tho Turkish Parliament will start on Saturday on a visit to European capitals to endeavour to get tho nations to support a proposal for the settlement of the Turco-Italian war by arbitration.
