'( Tho Northern Steamship Company cited the Auckland Merchant Service Guild before tho Conciliation Council this morning for a renewal of tho existing agreement. Captain Watson was one of the assessors. The conference resulted in all points in tho dispute being amicably settled before noon. • fLocal shipowners have received advice privately stating that tho new agreement makes no provision..for .payment for overtime.!
