THE FOXTON BEACH TRAGEDY.
BODY FOUND AT OTAEt. Tho police received word from Otaki last evening to tho effect that a body had been washed ashore on the beach. Major O'Sullivan, of tho Defence Department, Wellington, has identified it as that of his daughter Grace, who was drowned in tho Manawatu Rivor at Foxton on Sunday last. Tho local coroner deemed it unnecessary to hold an inquest, and the bedy was brought to Wellington by train last night.
