In the House of Commons, in reply to Mr. Tim Healy, Nationalist, who asked when the Irish Jb'inimco Committee's report would be issued, the Prime Minister, Mr. Asquith, stated that it was purely a coniidential inquiry. The report, which would not be submitted for discussion, was already in tho hands of tho Uovernment.
