YEARLY KEPORT. Following is the pnnunl report of the Dalehcld Co-operative Dairv Company — Your directors have much pleasure in submitting herewith tho eleventh annual report and bala.nce-sheef. During ' the season 10,701,7-tlilb. of milk were received yielding -115.403.721b. of bntter-fat, from which 1,057,ntHb., or 172 tons of cheese were made, being a decrease of 28 on last year's output. .The highest (est during the season was 6.0, and the lowest 3.2 points, the averago being 3.85. Tl'ie quantity of milk required to make one pound of cheese was 10.111b., and each pound of butter-fat made 2.551b. of cheese. After- paying an advance amounting ' (ti .£17,310 10s. lid., writing ofF .£Bl IDs. .Id. for depreciation of plant and buildings, and reserving .£6l lfis. for six per cent, dividend on subscribed capital, there remains a balance of .£IOO3 3s. 3d. duo to suppliers, making an actual cash payment nf Is. 5-l(jths of a penny per lb. of butter-fat, equal to 5.01 d. per gallon of milk of 10111). You will be called upon to clect two directors in lieu of Messrs. Knutson and Hart, who retire by rotation, and, being eligible, offer themselves for re-cleclion. You will also be called' upon to elect an auditor and fix remuneration.
