Out of twelve entries in the winter shows, thj butter gained five nrst prizes, four seconds, two thirds, and one fourth. Daring the-year 7,386,0871b. of milk were received, and 118,7821b. of cream, these yielding 319,433.151b. of but-ter-fat. The average, monthly test was and tho average cream test was 35.720. The total butter manufactured was 379,4141b.
