STARVING ALBANIANS.
AN APPEAL FOR ASSISTANCE. 0* Tclocraph-Press Association-Cooyrlshl (Rec. July 31, 9.50 p.m.) London, July 31. Tho Archbishop of Canterbury and the Bishop of London, with others, have issued nn appeal for subscriptions in aid of 25,000 starving Albanians, including 10,000' refugees in Montenegro. Nearly the whole Christian population of Northern Albania, is stated Id require assistance for the wintei. Owing to the revolt the crops were not sown, a:ul tho flocks have either died from foot-and-mouth disease or have been eaten.
