Bell, K.C..: who appeared for plaintiff, suggested April 3,- tho date of tho sitting of tho Court of Appeal as tho dato on which tho motion should bo hcoctL by such of their Honours as was thought fit. At th'o saino timo ho'dato had noon agreed upon between tho parties; although., ho understood tho aato suggested would meet tho convenience parties. ,'.Mr. Justice Chapman said ho could'not'positively fix' a date.
