(Specially written for The Dominion.) . . • .mondav. Ox tail and walnuts. Potatoes. Tur- . nips. Sago pudding. Stewed fruit. OX TAIL AND WALNUTS. One ox tail, 1 onion, a few cloves, pepper' and salt, 1 teaspoonful of suger, G pickled walnuts, IS- pints water, 1 oz. Wash and dry tho ox tail, cut it into pieces at the joints', remove the neoeffary lat, pj?l and slice the onion. Put the ox tail and onion into a stewpan with tho cloves, salt, pepper, and sugar. Just cover with water (about 1} pints), bring slowly to the boil, and skim well. Siminer gently from 2to hour.*, cut the walnuts into small pieces.
