(Palmerston North branch), report as follows:— At our Feildint* sa'.o last week we bad a fair cntrv of both shc-op and cattle, nearly nil of which were cold 1 at prices as belew:—Cull a<red ewe?, 4s. 3d.; -2-tooth;weth-ers, : .to 12s. 6d.; small shorn lambs, 63. 2d.:, medium shorn lambs, to 75.; Southdown cross- rape lambs, 95. <d.; cull woolly lambs,! 3s:-10d.; small woolly lamb?, to 6s. 6d.; forward ewes, to 9?. sd. A lin© of 716, wellKrown shorn Romnoy wether lambs, offered in conjunction with Messrs. G.crton and Son. Ltd.. on account'Of Mr. Ernwt Short, realised 9s. 2d. . Cattle:-"Fat cows, light, £4 155.; forward bullocks. £7 6s.
