THROUGH TRAVELLERS BLOCKED.
. IRRITATION IN HOLLAND. By Tolerraph—Press Association—Copyricht (Rec. January 22, 5.10 p.m.) i Amsterdam, January 21. Recently a batch of Russian emigrants who were returning homo to Russia, via Holland, were blocked by the German authorities in attempting to cross tho frontier. A second batch of 350 Russians, who were returning via Rotterdam, has now been detained at Oldenzaal.
The newspapers aro irritated, and accuse the' German authorities of obstruction in the hope that Hamburg and Bremen will be benefited.
