CONSERVING TEE ARTESIAN FLOW. By Telegraph—Press Association-Copyright (Rec. January 20, 1.0 a.m.) Sydney, January 19. The artesian bores in New South Wales have been placed;under tho supervision of a special branch of tho Works Department,. in order to systematise distribution. Mr. Elwood Mead, the' Victorian Irrigation Expert, recently stated .that great waste occurred in distributing the! flow from the bores.
