(Specially written for Tnis Domsios.) • THURSDAY. • Rolled Breast of Mutton. Potatoes. . lireen I'eas. Marmalade Pudding. ROLLED BREAST OF MUTTON. Three or 41b. breast of nnitton, some veal seasoning, a little beaten egg, stock, loz. butter, loz. (lour, seasoning. Hone the muttou, brush it over with egg, cover with seasoning, roll up, tio lirmly, put into saucepan, add "slock to i barely cover, and simmer gently li hours. Lilt out, strain stock 'and skim. Melt- the butter, cook the flour, and brown well. Add the stock and stir until it boils; boil three minutes. Add a little sauce and strain over the muttou.
FOR TO-MORROW. Quarter pound Macaroni, lib. Tomatoes. .Neck of Mutton. Capers. Cabbage.
