NEW COMPANY FORMED, By Telesrapli-Prcss Assocntfon-CoryrighS Berlin, January 15. , The German wireless telegraphy companies' interests have been merged in a now German company, whoso directors include Signor Marconi. This terminates the competition; between tho Marconi and Telefunken system so far as German mercantile marine is concerned.

January IG, 11.2' p.m.) Berlin, January 26. i The Hamburg-American aucl North German Lloyd have hitherto been the only German stoatn. ship lines in communication with Marconi wireless stations, but henceforth it will be possible to exchange messages between Marconi and German wireless stations afloat and on shore. Tho. German merchantmen have now a uniform sj-stem under single control. Thore will be 150 stations on board German ships.
