DIRECTORS MEET. (By TeleErapli.—Bpccir.t 'Correspondent.* Palmerston Worth, Juno 3!). A meeting of the proposed new' meatfreezing company for Jlanawatu and the West Coast was held at Palmerston today. ilr. J. Balsillie occupied the chair, and there was a good attendance of directors. ■ ■■•
At tor fully discussing matters, it was resolved to draw up a prospectus lor issue among farmers, this prospectus to be submitted to the next meeting of directors vrho will, in the meantime, ascertain as far as possible what support the company is likely to receive. It was decided that the proposed new works shall bo erected on & site to be selected somewhere between the Bangitikei and Manawatu llivers.
