•Last evening an , enjoyable'concert (arranged by Miss Graham) was provided at :the Missions to - Seamen Institute : before a large and. appreciative audience. Mr. J. Moore the missioner,. occupied the Mohair,-. The following' contributed items to the programme'.—Pianoforte solo, Miss Teychenne; song,-Mr.- E.'Bea'vens; reciitafion, Mr. Graham; dulcimer solo, Mr. ■Howell; dialogue, Miss" and; Mr. Graham; recitation, Miss G. Pees; song, Mr. O'Connor; song, Miss Nelson'; recitation, Mr. E. Beavis; recitation, Miss Pees; dialogue, Miss and Mr. Graham; Miss Teychenne and Mr. H. Beavis played the accompaniments. . An,. amusing ..' conundrum competition was won by sailors from ships' ih\ port. During a snort interval .'Mr. Taylor, of 'H.M.'S. Powerful, briefly addressed the audience on; the temperance question; several men taking the pledge. Hearty cheers were given the performers at the conclusion of the concert. " .•• . . ' '
