ENTRY IN TO THE CAPITAL.
CONSTITUTIONAL, FORCES. A BIG EXODUS. (Rec. April 23, 0.5 a.m,) Constantinople, April 22. The Constitutionalist gendarmes have entered Constantinople, and havo posted pro-, clamations declaring that tho Constitutional troops aro marching in solely to maintain order and to punish tho guilty. Their entranco was followed by a sudden and tremendous exodus of steamers for Rumania and Bulgaria, carrying hundreds of ..well-to-do Turks and'their .families: THE OUTPACES IN ASIA MINOR. BLUEJACKETS LANDED. Constantinople, April 22." The-disturbances in the Levantine, districts of Asia Minor are extending to tho vilayet of Aloppo, in North Syria. Britishers and forcigncis havo taken refugo in the vice-consulates at Antioch, 57 miles west of Aleppo, also at Bircjik, a Syrian town on tho Euphrates, north-cast of Aleppo. ' Order has been restored at Tarsus, whore tho Vali (provincial governor) and the Mutesarrif (deputy-governor) have been dismissed. The warship Diana has landed fifty bluejackets at Alexandretta. [It was stated yesterday that 800 British bluejackets had been landed at llcrsina, and the placing of the second force at Alexandretta should exercise a steadying effect not only at those seaports, but in tho hinterland, which includes Aciana and Tarsus, and, moro remotely, Marash, Antioch, and Aleppo.]
