SOUTH AUSTRALIAN LAND PRICES.
According to Adelaide papers, South Australian farm lands are now bringing very good prices. Quite recently a farm m tho 'Gladstone .'district, comprising between 200 and 300 acres, was sold at £25 per; acre, and afterwards sections of. 80, and 160 acres each, near Mount Barker, were disposed of for .£2l 10s. per acre. Other prices ranged from ,£l3 15s. to £6 ;per' acre, with a good demand.
