MOTION DEFEATED. (DI TEF.EOHAPII—J'HESS ASSOCIATION—CorTUIOUT.) (Rec. March 3, 11.30 p.m.) London, March 3. A Nationalist motion condemning tho Government for using a Statute of King Edward 111 for the conviction of Mr. John' Farrcll, Nationalist M.P. for Longford North, was defeated in tho House of Commons by 142 votes to 18.
