WANAKA NOTES
(From Our Own Correspondent I The death occurred at I-rank ton on Monday last of Mr Alexander McDougall, aged 6() years. Deceased was unmarried and had lived in the district all his life. He is survived by two brothers and two sisters. The funeral took place at Pembroke on AVedues day last. Mr and Mrs F. G. Russell who have been residing in Pembroke for the past six months returned to Dunedin on Monday last. Mrs AV. Kennedy, Invercargill, is the guest of her daughter Mrs S. Faulks. Mrs D. Aitken, Timaru, is spending a few days with Mrs M. Allan. M’ ss R. Urcpihart left on Monday last to visit Dunedin. During Miss (Urquhart’s absence Mr and Mrs G. McKav are managing the AVhite Star Hotel.
