The- following business of local interest was transacted at the ordinar.y monthly meeting- of the Otago Land Board held on Wednesday last: The commissioner submitted for eon sideratiou the question of the disposal of various sections in the town of Pembroke.—Sections to be offered at auction 'at the upsets submitted by the commissioner. Question of the disposal of sections 9, block XIV, Lower Wanaka S. D. (260 aor i2p). and section 7, block XIV, and section 6, block 111, Lower Wanaka S. D. (534 a 31- 37P). —Section y, block XIV, Lower Wanaka, to be offered on renewable lease at an au,»iual rental of £q, and sections 7, block XIV, and 6, block 111, Lower Wanaka to bo offered on pastoral license at an annual rental of j£i6 10s, the license to be subject to conditions safeguar.l- -- the interests of the Pembroke Dor Trial Club, such conditions to be fixed bv the commissioner.
