Messrs Dalgcly and Co., Ltd., report tor week ending 12th February as follows : We liekLour usual weekly auction sale nf grain iiur'u produce at our stores on Monday 12th inst, wheu we offered a fair catalogue to the usual attendance of buyers. Bidding was slack and the hulk of the catalogue was passed in. Oats : —Last season's oats have now come down to a small compass, but with the new season's crop in sight the values remain urn-hanged, Prime-mill-ing 2s -id to 2s J...U1, good to best feed 2s 2d to 2s Id, inferior to medium 2s to 2s 2d per bushel (bags extra.) Wheat: —There are no offers from the country and wheat iu store is practically all sold. Fowl feed is scarce and medium milling is being used iu its stead. Prime Velvet 3s LOd to 3s lid, best Velvet ear arid Tuscan 3s !)d to 3s lilj, best whole fowl feed 3s Sd to 3s 9d, medium 3s Gd to 3s 7.U1, inferior and damaged 3s 3d to 3s (id per bushel (bags extra.) Chaff:—The market is still well supplied. There is a good demand for pi hue chaff, but medium quality is hard to sell, and is practically without any demand. Best black oat chaff, £3 5s to £3 7s till, best white oaten chaff £3 to 153 ss, medium £2 lUs to £2 17s (id, inferior £2 to £-2 5s per ton (bugs extra.)
