Sin, A letter appeared in your last issue signed by ' Progress ' regarding tbe new boat on Lake Wanaka. 1 think Sir, too, that certificates of qualifications should be posted up in a good place on tbe boats to shew passengers that they are under tbe care of a certified master. 1 wish both boats a good season. 1 think too that tares should be made public. I bear some are charged one price and sonic another. Lam etc., Progress No 2.
