A meeting of the Cromwell Caledonian Society was held at Mrs Stuart's Hotel on A ednesday evening, when there was a very good a( tendance. The president stated that everything in connection with the sporti was going on satisfactorily, and it isfthe intention of the Society to give the public i red good day's enjoyment, and as the Concert Commit ee are hard at work on something new in the way of concerts, they will finish the day with a good evening's amusement.
