James Neiper, claim, for £2l, alleged, amount of defendant's share of wages paid ou account of au extended claim at Mauorburu. Extended Claims :—George Moore, one acre at German Gully, about, J-miie below Phiu's fence. John E. Thompson and another, two acres ou White Hill, Manorburn. William C. Jamieson and another, two acres near mouth of Eraser River. William Williams, one acre at Manorburn, south side of prospector's claim. Thomas Cahili, one acre in branch of German Gully. Frederick M'Carthy, one acre lower end of Aldinga Gully. John Henry Davidson and others, tive acres east bank of Clutha, immediately below Alexandra. Henry Symons, one acre German Gully, adjoining claim applied for tiy George Aloore. Tail Races •"—George Moore, 100 yards in length, in German Gully. William C. Jamieson aud another, 200 yards in lengcu, near mouth of Eraser River. Dam.—■ William C. Jamieson and another, two acres Earnscleugh Fiat, £-miie north of mouth of Eraser River. (Opposed by the .Perseverance Gold Dredging Co. Residence Site. —Rooert Hill, oue acre on Tucker Hill, near Manuherikia Bridge.
