Robertson—Breach of Municipal bye-laws.—Judgment reserved. civil cases. , Scott v. Baker—Claim for L 8 9s 2d, debt. —Judgment for amount with costs, 13s. Immediate payment of L 3 6s to be made, and the balance in monthly instalments. Bendigo Deep Level Q.M. Co. v. J Woodhead—Claim for L 6 ss, calls. No service ; new summons to issue free of cost. Same v. J. Cassels—Claim for L 5 14s 7d. Judgment by consent for amount, with costs, 13s.
