On Tuesday (Show Day) some 500 people paid for admission, and the total receipts amounted to £6O. At night, when, lighted ,up, the bazaar :>yas .a pretty sight,. arid, needless to say, the happy children were loth to leave it when closing ..time arrived; The genial secretary, Mr Wm. Allan, had everything arranged in .an up-to-date manner, and was ably assisted by Mr Wm. Guest. Each evening a fine orchestra, under Mr Clements, kept the hall lively, and added, to the enjoyment of all.
