DUNEDIN PRODUCE RE PORT.

Messrs Donate Bum and Co. report that prices ruled as under at their auction sale on Monday : — Oats. — We submitted a small catalogue of medium to good feed sparrowbills. A better demand was evident, and the catalogue, was cleared under good competition. We quote : Prime milling Is lOd to 2.3, good to best feed Is B£d to Is 9sd, medium Is 7d to Is 8d per bushel (sacks extra). Wlieat.— Prime milling is in demand atlato quotations. Medium quality receives little attention', and fowl wheat is saleable at — for whole wheat 3s 3d to 3s 6d, broken 2s 6d to 3s per bushel (sacks in). ■ Potatoes. — We sold best Denveuts at los to 20s, others 10s per ton (sacks in). Chaff. — We offered several trucks of medium to good quality. There was failcompetition, and values wore quite up to those ' current last week. We quote : Best oaten j sheaf L3 5s to L3 los, medium to good L 2 15s to L3 2s 6d per ton (bags extra).

Sheepskins. — Heavy catalogues were submitted on Tuesday, but under good bidding i all lots were cleared at very satisfactory ■ prices and quite up to late rates. 'Rabbitskins.— Offerings on Monday were small, but eager buyers took everything- before i them at very full values. Eggs. — In good demand. Butter.— Salt (prime) 6d to Gsd per lb, fresh 4d to (id per lb. Pigs (1801 bto 1701 b) 3Jd per lb. Bacon. — Rolls, (prime) Oi-d per lb, hams 7d to 7^d per l.b. Cheese, — (3-ood Akaroa 4cl, factory 4-ld to 4|d. "Poultry. — Roosters (young) 4s, hens 2s Od to 2s 9d, ducks (youug) ss.
