THE LONDON WOOL SALES.
July 3. — There was a large attendance at the opening of the July series of wool sales. Nine thousand three hundred and sixty bales wer» offered^ and, though the selection was poor, both Home and foreign buyers competed keenly, prices being generally 5 pel- cent, above the last closing rates. For medium greasjes the rise occasionally reached '3h per cent.
