BRUCE LICENSING COMMITTEE.
TO THE EDITOR. Sir, — Having noticed a report of Bruce Licensing Committee wherein it was stated that the committee had agreed to grant conditional licenses, I wish to state that such is incorrect. The fact is that six out of eight members distinctly refused to grant any conditional licenses. Hoping that you will kindly insert this. — I am, &c, P. M'Skimming.
